The SA Classics Valuations mobile application is used to collect valuation\n request information, supporting documents, and vehicle photographs for assessment\n purposes.\n <\/p>\n\n <h2>2. Information We Collect<\/h2>\n <p>When you use the app, we may collect the following categories of information:<\/p>\n <ul>\n <li>Requester details, including insurer name, client name, promo code, and policy number.<\/li>\n <li>Client details, including name, email address, phone number, ID number, and address.<\/li>\n <li>Vehicle details, including make, model, year, VIN, engine number, registration number, mileage, condition, ownership history, and other valuation-related information.<\/li>\n <li>Uploaded files, including vehicle photographs and registration documents.<\/li>\n <li>Additional notes or comments entered as part of a valuation request.<\/li>\n <li>Locally saved draft valuation data stored on the device when a user chooses to save and continue later.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <h2>3. Device Permissions<\/h2>\n <p>The app requests access to certain device features only to support valuation submissions:<\/p>\n <ul>\n <li><strong>Camera:<\/strong> used to capture vehicle and document images inside the app.<\/li>\n <li><strong>Photos \/ Files:<\/strong> used to select existing images or documents from the device for upload.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <p>We do not use the camera or file access for advertising, analytics profiling, or unrelated purposes.<\/p>\n\n <h2>4. How We Use Information<\/h2>\n <p>We use the information collected through the app to:<\/p>\n <ul>\n <li>receive and process vehicle valuation requests;<\/li>\n <li>review supporting photographs and documents;<\/li>\n <li>store valuation records for operational and historical reference;<\/li>\n <li>send valuation reports and internal notifications to authorized SA Classics Valuations personnel; and<\/li>\n <li>provide support, resolve issues, and maintain the service.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <h2>5. How Information Is Shared<\/h2>\n <p>\n Information submitted through the app is shared only with authorized personnel and service\n providers involved in the valuation workflow. This may include:\n <\/p>\n <ul>\n <li>SA Classics Valuations staff and authorized desktop-dashboard users;<\/li>\n <li>secure hosting, database, storage, and email infrastructure used to operate the service; and<\/li>\n <li>professional advisers or authorities where required by law or where necessary to protect legal rights.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <p>We do not sell personal information and we do not use in-app advertising networks.<\/p>\n\n <h2>6. Data Storage and Security<\/h2>\n <p>\n Submitted valuation data is stored on secure hosted systems used by SA Classics Valuations.\n We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect\n personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.\n <\/p>\n <p>\n No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee\n absolute security. Users should avoid submitting information over unsecured networks where possible.\n <\/p>\n\n <h2>7. Retention<\/h2>\n <p>\n We retain submitted valuation records for as long as reasonably necessary for business,\n insurance, legal, audit, dispute, and record-keeping purposes. Draft valuations saved on a\n device remain on that device until they are submitted, overwritten, or removed by the user.\n <\/p>\n\n <h2>8.
